At MyFairWeb, we strive to provide affordable and high-quality web design and social media management services to help small businesses grow online. Please read our refund policy carefully before subscribing to any of our plans.
Monthly Subscription Plans
Our subscription plans operate on a minimum three-month commitment to ensure fair pricing and sustainable service delivery. Customers may cancel their monthly subscription anytime after completing first three months.
Cancellations must be submitted via email or through the contact form on our website at least seven days before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month. Once a cancellation is processed, the service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
No refunds will be issued for monthly payments that have already been processed, for services rendered during the billing cycle, or for partial months, even if the service remains unused after payment.
One-Time Website Design Packages
Payments made for one-time website builds are non-refundable once work has commenced. If a cancellation request is submitted before any design work has begun, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, with any applicable setup or consultation fees deducted from the amount refunded.
What to Include in the Privacy Policy
